Repeat the solo riff twice
During second repetition, sing:

to pay the utility"(listen to the song for timing)

Repeat Verse 2 starting
at:"Caution police line you better not cross...." and so on.
There's some funky time at the end of verse two, your on your own 
figuring that part out.

Note:the (R1) sign means repeat riff 1. If it is placed in front of a 
lyric, then it is played along with that lyric. If it is placed on a 
line by itself, then it is played with no vocals. Trust me, the timing 
works, you've just got to practice it.
